SOCRadar Joins the Cyber Threat Alliance: Advancing Cybersecurity Through Collaboration
Collaboration is crucial to preventing cyber threats in today’s rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape. We’re thrilled that SOCRadar has joined the Cyber Threat Alliance (CTA) as an Affiliate Member. This partnership reinforces our commitment to enhancing cybersecurity globally through proactive threat intelligence sharing and collective defense strategies.
The CTA, a non-profit organization focused on advancing cybersecurity through shared intelligence, brings together industry leaders with a joint mission: to improve global cybersecurity by sharing threat information. Membership in the CTA opens up many opportunities for SOCRadar, enabling us to collaborate with other leading cybersecurity companies to detect, understand, and respond to emerging threats more effectively.
What Does CTA Membership Mean for SOCRadar?
Our membership with the CTA comes with both privileges and responsibilities. As an Affiliate Member, SOCRadar must share a minimum amount of cybersecurity intelligence weekly through the CTA’s secure Alliance Platform. This data-sharing approach ensures that all CTA members, including us, are better equipped to respond swiftly to new cyber threats as they emerge. We must adhere strictly to privacy protocols, sharing only relevant cybersecurity information and excluding personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI).
Beyond data sharing, our CTA membership requires SOCRadar to uphold robust data security standards, follow best practices for threat intelligence exchange, and actively engage with the CTA community. In return, we gain access to a continuous stream of threat intelligence from other members, which enriches our insights and enables us to provide even more robust protection for our clients.
