Arbitration Notice

You consent to resolve disputes arising from these Terms through binding, individual arbitration. By accepting these Terms, you and SOCRadar are both forfeiting the right to a trial by jury or participation in any class action or representative proceeding.


Our platform empowers you to access cutting-edge attack surface management, dark web monitoring, brand protection, cyber threat intelligence, or extended threat intelligence.


SOCRadar provides a range of services, including both paid and complimentary services. Your use and purchase of the Service are not conditional upon providing any forthcoming functionalities or features. It is not reliant on any verbal or written public statements made by SOCRadar or any of its affiliated entities regarding prospective functionalities or features.


Registration is mandatory to access the features provided by SOCRadar. During registration, we may request certain information about you, such as your name, email address, and contact details. By registering, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and not deceptive, and you commit to keeping it accurate and up-to-date at all times.

You will be prompted to create a secure password as part of the registration process. It is your sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password. You also assume responsibility for all activities conducted under your account. If you suspect your account’s security has been compromised, please notify us at [email protected].


Certain functionalities within the Service may necessitate the payment of fees, as outlined on our Pricing Page at https://socradar.io/plans-and-pricing/. Distinct features of our Service may be subject to varying pricing structures. Before making any payments, you can review and consent to the associated fees.

Unless explicitly stated in these Terms, all fees are denominated in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable, except as mandated by applicable law.

4.1 Price:

SOCRadar will exert reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of pricing information displayed on the Service. We encourage you to periodically review our pricing page for the latest pricing details, or you may contact our sales team for updated information.

4.2 Promotional Offers:

At its discretion, SOCRadar reserves the exclusive right to introduce promotional offers with distinct features and pricing structures for various customers. Unless extended explicitly, these promotional offers shall not apply to your request or these Terms.

4.3 Authorization:

By utilizing SOCRadar’s services, you grant SOCRadar authorization to process charges for all orders you place and any chosen Service level, as outlined in these Terms or presented by SOCRadar. This includes assessing all applicable taxes, which will be charged to the payment method specified within your account.

In cases where you make payments using a credit card, SOCRadar reserves the right to initiate a pre-authorization check on your credit card account before completing your purchase. This pre-authorization confirms the validity of the credit card and the availability of sufficient funds or credit to cover the cost of your purchase.

4.4 Payment Process:

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. We use STRIPE for the payment process.You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4.5 Billing:

We bill you through an online billing account for purchases made via the website (online).

4.6 Technical Issues:

We use STRIPE to deliver a reliable and high-quality service. But we cannot guarantee the absence of technical issues or interruptions. If there are technical problems, please contact our support team for assistance. However, we do not issue refunds solely based on technical disruptions.


These Subscription Terms provide critical aspects related to your Subscription and are incorporated by reference into the General Terms. Capitalized terms not defined here have the same meaning as defined in the General Terms.

The price of our Services in the introductory offers displayed to you is valid only for the first period of your Subscription.

After the first period, your Subscription will be renewed automatically, and you will be charged the current price valid at the time of your renewal.

You have the right to cancel the Subscription for the upcoming period. We will notify you about the upcoming automatic renewal in advance.

5.1 Subscription Period

At SOCRadar, our paid services are offered through subscription plans. When you purchase our services, you can choose the initial subscription period that suits your needs. This period will be specified in your purchase confirmation, typically sent to you via email after your subscription purchase.

It’s important to be aware that, following the initial subscription period you’ve chosen, your service subscription will automatically renew for an additional period, as outlined below.

Please note that the renewal prices displayed on our websites at the time of your initial purchase are subject to change. If there have been changes to the renewal price, you will be charged the current price at the time of your subscription’s automatic renewal.

By providing your payment information to complete your subscription purchase, you signify your:


You express your consent for the automatic renewal of our services.


You confirm your acceptance of the offer to purchase our services.


You acknowledge and agree to abide by our Terms and Privacy Policy.

We value your choice to subscribe to our services, and this renewal process is designed to ensure uninterrupted access to our offerings. 5.2 Automatic Renewal

Auto-renewal. After the end of your first Subscription period, your Subscription will be automatically renewed for an additional term:

1-year and longer Subscriptions – for the 1-year Subscription period annually.

Shorter than 1-year Subscriptions – for the same respective Subscription period each time.

5.3 Receipts and Invoices:

We will email you a receipt and the purchase confirmation after you pay for the first Subscription period.

5.4 Subscription Canceled:

If you have acquired our Services directly from SOCRadar, you have the option to cancel your Subscription, which involves deactivating auto-renewals for the upcoming Service period, at any time through [email protected]. Please note that canceled Subscriptions will not be eligible for refunds for the unused part of the ongoing Service period. In addition, you are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you wish to avoid being charged for the subsequent billing period.

However, if you obtained the Services through a third-party provider, the ability to cancel the Subscription is subject to the terms and conditions of that third party.

5.5 Canceling the Auto-Renewal of the Subscription Purchased on our Websites. If you have purchased an automatically renewing Subscription on our Websites and would like to stop it from automatically renewing, you can do so at any time from your account. Canceled Subscriptions will not be refunded for the unused part of the ongoing Service period.


6.1 All Sales Are Final

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement with SOCRadar, all sales and transactions conducted through our platform/website are considered final, and we do not provide refunds for any reason.

6.2 Subscription Services

For subscription-based Services, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you wish to avoid charges for the subsequent billing period. SOCRadar does not offer refunds or prorated refunds for subscription fees once charged.

6.3 Change of Mind

SOCRadar does not provide refunds due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the Services rendered.

6.4 Exceptions

(a) 24-Hour Exception

SOCRadar offers a 24-hour refund exception period. Refunds will be considered if the following conditions are met within 24 hours of the transaction: (i) Your usage of our Services for the specific transaction is less than 30 data remove credits or 100 threat hunting search credits. (ii) You must contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction.

(b) Legal Requirements:

In cases where applicable laws or regulations necessitate refunds, SOCRadar will comply with those legal requirements.

(c) Fraudulent Transactions:

SOCRadar reserves the right to investigate and, at its sole discretion, refund payments suspected of resulting from fraudulent activity.

6.5 Changes to this Policy:

SOCRadar reserves the right to modify or amend this No-Refund Policy without prior notice. Any changes to this Policy will be posted on our website, and the revised version will become effective immediately upon posting


License Grant:

By the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, including paying applicable fees by the Customer, SOCRadar hereby grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service. This usage is solely for the Customer’s internal business purposes. The Service subscribed by the Customer is hosted and comes with user documentation (“Documentation”) for the Subscription Term.


During the Subscription Term, SOCRadar will support the Service following its standard support practices.


At SOCRadar, we are committed to providing a secure and reliable platform for our users. To ensure a safe and lawful environment, we have established guidelines and restrictions that users must adhere to when accessing and using our services and websites. This document outlines the prohibited and restricted activities to maintain our platform’s integrity and safeguard all users’ rights and interests.

8.1 Prohibited Activities

Unlawful and Criminal Activities:

Users are strictly prohibited from using our services and websites for any unlawful, illicit, illegal, criminal, or fraudulent activities. This includes but is not limited to activities such as:

  • Port scanning
  • Sending spam
  • Sending unsolicited email
  • Hacking
  • Phishing
  • Identity theft
  • Digital piracy
  • Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks

The Customer must not:

  • Attempt to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or discover the source code of the Service.
  • Transfer, disclose, sublicense, or use the Service for the benefit of third parties.
  • Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Service.
  • Circumvent user limits, timing, or use restrictions built into the Service.
  • Use the Service for developing or marketing a competing product or service.
  • Use any automated means to access the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
  • The Service is the intellectual property of SOCRadar, protected by copyright law and containing trade secrets. The Customer is prohibited from reselling or distributing SOCRadar data and redistributing any part of the Service.

Military and Weapons-Related Activities:

Our services may not be used for any military purposes, including cyber warfare, weapons development, or the production of weapons of mass destruction, including missiles, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons.

Unauthorized Network Interference:

Users shall not interfere with or deny service to any other network, computer, or node through our services and websites without proper authorization.

Intellectual Property Violations:

Users are prohibited from violating, infringing upon, or misappropriating the copyright or other intellectual property rights of SOCRadar, its licensors, or any third parties.

8.2 Restricted Activities

Virus and Malware Transmission:

The transmission of viruses, malware, or any other computer codes, files, or programs that disrupt, damage, or interfere with the use of computers or related systems is prohibited.

Circumventing Technological Measures:

Attempting to circumvent any technological measure or arrangement implemented by SOCRadar or its licensors is strictly restricted.

Excessive Load:

Users shall not take actions that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

Unauthorized Commercial Exploitation:

Commercial exploitation or making our services, subscriptions, or accounts available to third parties is restricted without proper authorization.

Automated Access:

Using automated means, such as robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access our websites or services without prior written permission is prohibited.

Reverse Engineering:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive code or confidential information from our services, software, or websites is restricted.

Sharing Non-Public Features:

Sharing non-public features or content of our software and services with third parties is prohibited.

The Customer consents to use their name and logo in a list of SOCRadar customers and agrees to receive communications regarding product updates, customer support, and marketing initiatives from SOCRadar.


The Customer agrees to maintain confidentiality and not disclose any information marked as confidential, or that would reasonably be considered confidential, including information related to SOCRadar’s business affairs, trade secrets, and technology. This applies to information received during the term of this Agreement. SOCRadar may seek injunctive or other equitable relief for any breach of confidentiality.


At SOCRadar, we are dedicated to providing you with cutting-edge services, but it’s important to recognize that even the most advanced software may encounter defects, errors, or bugs. While we make every reasonable effort to enhance the accuracy and reliability of our Services, we want to be transparent about our warranty and representation regarding their performance.

11.1 Service Performance

We do not provide any warranty or represent that our Services will be completely free from defects, errors, or bugs. These issues may manifest as downtime, data loss, data corruption, service delays, mistakes, outdated information, or other disruptions. Under any provision of the Terms, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the Services or any part of the functionality at any time. We cannot be held liable for any changes made by this Policy. In rare and limited cases, our Services may experience periods of unavailability due to various factors, including human error, digital glitches, mechanical issues, telecommunication failures, software-related problems, and other unforeseen circumstances. The timing and duration of such downtimes are beyond our prediction and control.

11.2 As-Is Disclaimer

The Services and Websites are provided “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” We make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, adequacy, suitability, functionality, availability, or operation of the Services. SOCRadar’s aggregate liability for all damages related to the Service or this Agreement shall not exceed the total Fees paid to SOCRadar by Customer within the year preceding the claim. SOCRadar will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

However, our users must understand their responsibilities in safeguarding our services and complying with the law. Our indemnification clause outlines the terms and conditions related to your Agreement to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SOCRadar and its associated entities. 13.1 Your Obligation to Indemnify

You agree, at your own expense, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SOCRadar, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, as well as their officers, directors, employees, agents, distributors, and licensees from and against any judgments, losses, deficiencies, damages, liabilities, costs, claims, demands, suits, and expenses. This includes but is not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, expert witness fees, and related costs.

13.2 Indemnification Scenarios

Your indemnification obligations are triggered in the following situations:

(i) Breach of These Terms: You are responsible for repaying us for any losses arising from your breach of these Terms.

(ii) Use of the Services: You agree to indemnify us for any issues arising from your use of the Services, as well as the use of the Services by any other user under your Account.

(iv) Negligence or Misconduct: In negligence or willful misconduct cases, you agree to indemnify us.

Refunds: If you have prepaid fees for a Subscription that we permanently discontinue before the end of its period, we will refund the pro-rata portion of the prepaid fees for the period after discontinuation.

Suppose any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid. In that case, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary to preserve the remaining provisions, which shall continue to be in full force and effect.


Your Assignment: You may not assign these Terms or delegate your obligations without prior written consent from SOCRadar.

Our Assignment: SOCRadar reserves the right to assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms to third parties without your consent.

Data Charges:
