Threat intelligence for SOC managers and heads of security operations.
Cut the noise before it reaches your queue, close the gaps outside your perimeter, and keep the work inside the tools your team already runs.
This page is for you if
- Your Tier 1 queue is mostly the same alarm, arriving again and again.
- You report MTTR, and most of it is investigation time rather than detection time.
- You have lost analysts to repetitive triage, and backfilling is not the plan.
- Nobody on your team is going to open a fifth console.
What changes in your queue
Pre-alarm suppression is the evaluation of a potential detection before an alarm is created, so signals classified as false positives never enter the analyst queue at all rather than being closed after triage.
Impersonating-domain alarms reaching Tier 1
“Impersonating domain alarms dropped by roughly two thirds and the ones left were real. My Tier 1 queue is a different job now.”

What you are dealing with, and what changes
Every row below is measured on the two numbers you report: what reaches the queue, and how long it takes to close. Nothing here asks your analysts to open another console.
Detections are missed through arithmetic, not analyst error
Agentic Threat Intelligence · Indicator enrichmentAutomated enrichment and risk scoring applied to indicators before they reach the queue, weighted to your assets, sector and exposure.
The queue reflects priority rather than arrival order.
MTTR is dominated by investigation time, not detection time
Integrations · EnrichmentIndicator context, attribution, campaign association and prior sightings delivered into the SIEM, SOAR or case tool rather than a separate console.
Investigations resolve in fewer steps, and the improvement shows in your reported numbers.
The precursors happen outside your perimeter
Dark Web Monitoring · Attack Surface ManagementContinuous external collection across forums, marketplaces, messaging channels, leak sites and the public internet, mapped to your registered assets.
You detect the precursor rather than the intrusion.
Burnout is your most expensive problem and the least discussed
Agentic Threat IntelligenceAutomation of the enrichment and research that makes up most repetitive triage, with false positives suppressed before an alarm exists.
The work becomes analytical, and the team stays.
Nobody will adopt a fifth console
IntegrationsBi-directional status sync with your SIEM, SOAR and ticketing: close it there and it closes here, with comments and status mirrored.
Your queue stays the single source of truth.
You don't need another dashboard
Findings arrive in the tools you already run. Marked ⇄ means bi-directional: status, severity and comments sync both ways, so closing it there closes it here.

Marked ⇄ means bi-directional: status, severity and comments sync both ways. That is the difference between an integration your team uses and one they turn off.
AI that decides, explains itself, and learns your environment
Decides
AI agents decide whether an alarm should exist at all: evaluating infrastructure, content and visual signals before anything reaches your queue.
Explains
Every decision carries a step-by-step reasoning trail with full audit logs, so “why did this fire” and “why didn't it” are both answerable.
Adapts
Your analysts correct verdicts and explain why. The model adapts to your organisation, so tuning compounds instead of resetting.
State the mechanism, not the marketing. AI classifies alarm types, you build rules on the verdicts (suppress, re-severity, assign), and a false positive produces no alarm at all by default.

Three places the platform shows up without anyone opening it:
Reputation, actor association, campaign linkage and prior sightings arrive attached to the detection, scored for relevance to your organisation.
Alarms create and update incidents in ServiceNow, Jira or JSM, with status and comments synced in both directions.
Alarms and status changes in Slack and Teams with full context, so triage can begin where the team already is.
Reference view, not live data. The integration directory and the interactive demos show the same flow against a working tenant.

Questions we get in this role
How do you reduce false positives before they reach the SOC queue?
AI agents evaluate the underlying signals, including infrastructure, content, visual and certificate indicators, and decide whether an alarm should be created at all. Rules are then built on those verdicts to suppress, re-severity or auto-assign, and a verdict of false positive produces no alarm by default.
How does threat intelligence integrate bi-directionally with a SIEM?
Alarms are mirrored as incidents in the SIEM or case tool, and status, severity and comments sync in both directions. Closing the incident in Sentinel, Splunk, Cortex, ServiceNow or Jira closes it in the platform, so your existing queue remains the single source of truth.
What actually drives MTTR down?
Investigation time, not detection time. Delivering attribution, campaign association and prior sightings with the alert removes the lookup step from every investigation, which is where the majority of mean time to resolve is consumed.
Does the AI learn our environment or stay static?
Analysts can correct verdicts and record why. Those corrections adapt the model for your organisation specifically, so tuning accumulates over the life of the deployment rather than resetting with each vendor model update.
Where the human stays
Suppression is only safe if you can see it, reverse it and tune it. Four things stay with your team, by design.
Nothing is suppressed silently
Every verdict is recorded with its reasoning trail, including the ones that produced no alarm. Suppressed items stay searchable, so “what did you not show me” is a question with an answer.
You set the threshold, per alarm type
Rules are built on the verdicts rather than applied to you. A brand with a generic mark and one with a distinctive mark can sit at different confidence levels.
A wrong verdict is corrected by your analyst
Corrections are made in your own tenant with the reason recorded, and they adapt the model for your organisation. Nothing waits in a vendor support queue.
High-impact classes can skip the agent
Where you would rather carry the false positives than risk a miss, that alarm type is routed straight to the queue and no verdict is applied to it.

A walkthrough run against your own queue: your assets, your SIEM, your ticket tool. Not a canned dataset.
- Pre-alarm suppression: how a verdict is reached, and how a false positive ends up producing no alarm at all.
- Bi-directional sync, live: close an incident in Sentinel or ServiceNow and watch it close in the platform.
- The enrichment your analysts see: attribution, campaign linkage and prior sightings attached to the detection.
- Tuning that compounds: how an analyst correction adapts the model for your organisation rather than resetting.
