Executive Summary
Harry’s International, a company operating in Singapore’s retail and food & beverage sector, was listed as a victim on the Orova ransomware group’s dark web portal on November 2, 2026. SOCRadar identified the listing through its Dark Web Monitoring service. The claim extends Orova’s documented APAC footprint — which already covers India, Taiwan, and Malaysia — into Singapore, adding a new geography to the group’s regional reach. With the addition of Harry’s International, the group’s leak-site activity now touches yet another commercially significant market in Southeast Asia, reinforcing the ongoing APAC focus of its recent victim claims. The listing fits within a sustained period of Orova activity. Over the past 60 days, the group has claimed 12 victims, with targeting concentrated in the Technology, Other, and Manufacturing sectors. Other recent listings with APAC overlap include Codar (Pte) Ltd, Trevi Technology, Wah Chan Consolidated Sdn Bhd, and Alfameli Group. Harry’s International continues this regional trend, although its retail and food & beverage profile sits outside the sectors Orova has most frequently claimed during this window, pairing geographic consistency with a measure of sectoral divergence from the group’s recent targeting pattern.
Technical Analysis
SOCRadar’s stealer-log telemetry returned a severe exposure for harrys[.]com[.]sg. The queried dataset contains 26 records spanning February to September 2026. Eleven of these pair corporate @harrys.com.sg email addresses with high-value organizational systems: two records target Microsoft 365 (login[.]microsoftonline[.]com), one pairs a corporate email with an internal HR portal at hr[.]harrys[.]com[.]sg, and one presents an admin-pattern username on the corporate domain root — consistent with back-office or CMS access. Three further records pair corporate emails with third-party SaaS platforms, indicating workstation-level compromise. Twelve records involve masked or numeric usernames that may represent additional internal accounts. This reflects observed telemetry of harvested credentials rather than confirmation of how, or whether, Orova gained entry to the organization. The credential freshness window runs from February to September 2026, and nine months of exposure with no evidence of rotation is a high-severity signal. An SSO tenant credential combined with an HR portal account and an admin-pattern handle on the corporate root is exactly the access profile an initial access broker would validate and sell. Access sold through such channels could provide the authenticated corporate entry points that ransomware operations rely on to establish a foothold and progress toward deployment. While this pathway remains unconfirmed for Harry’s International, the composition of the exposed dataset makes the potential intrusion scenario credible enough to warrant urgent remediation rather than passive observation. Given the severity and age of the exposure, the immediate priorities are to reset the credentials appearing in this dataset and to enforce multi-factor authentication across all @harrys.com.sg accounts, starting with Microsoft 365 and the internal HR portal. A proactive credential-hygiene review covering the full set of exposed records, including the admin-pattern handle and the masked or numeric usernames, is warranted to close off potential access paths before they can be exploited.
