SOCRadar Ranked as #77 Among the Top 100 Global Companies Recognized for Employee Sentiment and Satisfaction
New York, NY (May 27, 2025) – Newsweek Magazine yesterday announced the 2025 Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces®, developed in partnership with Most Loved Workplace®, a division of Best Practice Institute (BPI). SOCRadar was ranked #77 on this prestigious list, which recognizes companies across the globe where employees genuinely love to work.
Now in its fifth year, the Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces® list is based on research from BPI’s Love of Workplace Index®, incorporating data from more than two million employees worldwide. Honorees demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to building cultures rooted in trust, respect, purpose, and employee connection, regardless of industry or location.
“We are deeply honored to be included on the Global Most Loved Workplaces® list by Newsweek,” said Huzeyfe ONAL, CEO at SOCRadar. “This recognition reflects our commitment to creating an environment where every employee feels valued, supported, and inspired to grow. Our culture is the foundation of our innovation, our impact, and our success.”

The ranking is informed by employee perspectives in five key areas: confidence in the company’s future, career development, values alignment, mutual respect, and collaboration. Additional factors such as leadership, professional development, and diversity and belonging were also evaluated.
Hear what the leaders behind the recognition have to say:
“As we mark five years of recognizing the world’s Most Loved Workplaces®, it’s an honor to spotlight companies that place employee well-being at the center of their workplace cultures,” said Jennifer H. Cunningham, Newsweek’s Global Editor in Chief. “In today’s rapidly changing world, this year’s list reflects a growing global shift toward human-centered leadership as a key driver of resilience and success.”
“This year’s Global Most Loved Workplaces® show what’s possible when leaders turn employee sentiment into business strategy,” said Louis Carter, Founder and CEO of Best Practice Institute. “From trust to purpose to collaboration, these companies are using data-driven insights to build cultures people don’t want to leave… We’re proud to work with Newsweek to highlight their achievements on a global stage.”
